The VE7MFS repeater located at Coquitlam’s Austin Works Yard has its access tone changed to 114.8 Hz from 127.3 Hz.
RepeaterBook has been updated accordingly.
This was done as a means to eliminate “banjo” noise that may have been caused by a local 600 kHz AM station.
